Me Camille La Spada-Odier

Camille La Spada-Odier mainly assists and represents her clients before state courts in all civil law procedures, including in family law, inheritance and protective measures for adults or children cases.

She also practises extensively in criminal law, defending both individuals and companies in all kinds of general or financial criminal law procedures.

Camille La Spada-Odier studied at the Geneva University and graduated in 2006. She completed her traineeship in the law firm Ming, Halpérin, Burger & Inaudi, directed by the Chairman of the Bar Michel Halpérin.

After being admitted to the Bar in 2009, she joined the law firm of Ms. Lorella Bertani as an associate where she gained extensive experience in civil, administrative and criminal law cases.

Camille La Spada-Odier won first prize in the Michel Nançoz public speaking competition in 2008.

Camille La Spada-Odier was also elected Deputy Judge at the Juvenile Court in November 2016.

In September 2017, Camille La Spada-Odier further developed her specification in children’s law by obtaining a postgraduate Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in this field from the Geneva University and the International Institute of Children’s Rights.

She co-founded Odier Halpérin Steinmann LLC in 2017.
