Alexandre Ayad is specialized in real estate law (tenancy law, construction law, land use planning, property law, real estate transactions etc.). In these areas of practice, he advises clients and assists them before courts in civil or administrative procedures.

In 2021, Alexandre Ayad obtained the title of Specialist in Construction and Real Estate Law from the Swiss Bar Association.

He also has a strong background in bankruptcy and debt enforcement cases as well as in commercial litigation.

Since 2014, Alexandre Ayad regularly sits as a Deputy Judge at the Tenancy Court in Geneva. He is also an active member of the Chambre genevoise immobilière (Geneva Association for Property Owners).

Alexandre Ayad graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Geneva in 2006 (with distinction) and obtained in 2012 a Master of Laws (LL.M. in General Legal Studies) from Georgetown University in Washington.

Alexandre Ayad completed his traineeship in the law firm Perréard, de Boccard, Kohler, Ador & Partners. He then gained extensive experience during 8 years as an attorney-at-law in two renowned law firms in Geneva.

Alexandre Ayad joined Odier Halpérin Steinmann LLC as a partner in September 2018.
