Tatiana Farinha do Sul advises and represents clients in both private and public law. Her main areas of practice at our firm are employment law, immigration law, social insurance law and advising private clients.
She studied law at the University of Geneva, which awarded her a Bachelor of Laws in 2018, the Certificate of Specialisation in Legal Practice in 2019, the Certificate of Transnational Law in 2020 and her Master of Laws in 2021. As part of this degree, she took part in the “Law Clinic on the rights of vulnerable persons” on the subject of the rights of young unaccompanied migrants. Also in connection with this project, she supervised and taught an introductory human rights course in the Kakuma refugee camp in Kenya.
In addition to her studies, Tatiana Farinha do Sul worked for three years at the “Office cantonal de la population et des migrations” as part of “Opération Papyrus”.
She spent part of her legal internship with the “Service de protection de l’adulte” and the rest with a Geneva law firm specialising in employment law.
She practises law in French, English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Tatiana Farinha do Sul was admitted to the Bar in November 2023 and joined Odier Halpérin & Associés Sàrl as an associate in June 2024.
