Dilara Bayrak is an associate at Odier Halpérin et Associés Sàrl since March 2024.
During her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Geneva, Dilara Bayrak spent a year at the University of Zurich. She then completed her Master’s degree at the University of Geneva and took part in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court. She also holds a certificate in transnational law and a certificate of legal practice.
After completing her internship at a renowned law firm in Geneva, she was admitted to the bar in November 2023.
She specializes in employment law, family law and criminal law.
Dilara Bayrak is fluent in French, English and Turkish. She also has a good knowledge of German and Spanish.
In addition to her practice, Dilara Bayrak has been a member of the Geneva parliament since 2019 and serves on the committee of several associations.
