Me Sylvie Buscaglia
Sylvie Buscaglia is specialized in Real Estate Law (Tenancy Law, Construction Law, Contract Law, etc.). In these areas of practice, she advises clients and assists them before courts in civil or administrative procedures.
She also has a strong background in Public Law, especially in Construction Law and Land Use Planning.
Sylvie Buscaglia studied law at the University of Fribourg, which awarded her a Bilingual Bachelor’s degree in 2013. She then graduated with a Master’s degree at the University of Lausanne in 2015. The same year, she presented her Master’s thesis on “The delimitation of building zones in the revised LAT” and completed her academic studies by obtaining the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions from the Geneva Bar School.
She completed her training partly in the Legal Department of the Building Permits Office and partly at the law firm SIEGRIST & LAZZAROTTO specialized in Real Estate Law.
Sylvie Buscaglia was admitted to the Bar in October 2017. The same year, she returned to the Legal Department of the Building Permits Office as a lawyer and then worked for the Geneva Real Estate Chamber (CGI Conseils).
She joined Odier Halpérin Steinmann LLC as an associate in January 2021.
