Specialized in Swiss and international tax matters, Goran Antonijevic advises his clients, both individuals (entrepreneurs) and companies (or groups of companies), and assists them in administrative, legal and/or criminal proceedings. He also has wide experience in administrative, corporate and commercial law.

He also assists his clients in the context of domestic and cross-border transactions, affecting the company and its shareholders (i.e. acquisitions/sales of participations and other strategic assets as well as mergers and restructuring operations) in order to organize the transaction and perform legal and tax due diligence. He advises Start-ups in the scope of the creation, implementation and development of their business, particularly in the context of financing rounds and reorganization transactions, such as Leverage Buy-Out (LBO) and Management Buy-Out (MBO).

He advises companies on their relocation and implementation of attractive measures for the executives, such as incentive plans or occupational benefit plans, and assist the payroll when necessary.

Goran Antonijevic assists private clients in matters of real estate taxation, wealth, tax and inheritance planning, establishment of trusts and family office.

Goran Antonijevic studied at the University of Geneva. He obtained a bilingual master’s degree in economic law (Geneva and Basel) in 2006. He completed his legal internship at Cabinet Mayor. After obtaining the bar certificate in 2010, Goran Antonijevic developed his experience over the past 10 years with one of the Big Four and one of the best Swiss tax law firms, well known on Swiss and international level. At the same time, Goran Antonijevic followed the full training course to become a qualified tax expert.

Me Goran Antonijevic joined the firm Odier Halpérin Steinmann Sàrl in September 2020 as a partner and head of the tax group.
